2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Simply.com A/S, Højvangen 4, 8660 Skanderborg, DK, with data processed in data centers within the EU. When you visit it, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, requested page, browser type) in server log files. This is required to deliver the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. Contact form

When you use the contact form, your name, email address and message are transmitted to our web server at Simply.com A/S and forwarded from there by email to our mailbox, which is also operated by Simply.com A/S. No external form service is used. We use the data solely to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).

To prevent abuse, the server stores a pseudonymized hash of your IP address for about one hour in order to limit the number of requests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your data is deleted once your request has been fully handled, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are loaded directly from our own server. No connection is made to servers of Google or any other third party.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). To exercise them, contact info@e70solution.de. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
